Congratulations!

Congratulations all Pittsburgh Steelers fans.
It was a tremendous game! Unfortunately we could only attend the game via radio since Comcast blocked out the signal in our area.

Steven was seen by a pediatrician familiar with special needs children. He is presently being treated for giardia (prevalent with most Internationally adopted children from China.) He's also being tested for other deficiencies and other illnesses. The doctor supports our application for Shriners Hospital.

Please pray that we will soon be able to acquire health insurance for the children. The Commonwealth of Virginia will not offer insurance unless one offers proof of income. That leaves us out since we are still unemployed. Roger had an interview with Liberty University last Friday. We'll see what the Lord does with that. He's still looking to see what doors will open for our family.

Enjoy the new photos! And keep praying!

Hi, you guys! Congrats and more congrats on your boys, Alicias' marriage, and thinking of Amy as she deals with her headaches....
We got your letter, we are fine. I was waiting til you got back to VA, so I'd know your address. Now I can't find the Christmas letter, but if I do I'll mail it.
We had a crazy time before Christmas, Bethany somehow had a crack below her left knee, which was seen on a bone scan while in hospital during a day admit. She wore a splint for the rest of Christmas break and into Jan a bit. She's healing fine, but concerned about possible osteoporosis from being in her w/c and we need to get her into a endocrinologist to see about a bone density and whether she needs more calcium or Vit D. So if she's diagnosed with this, she could do this again and so hoping to prevent it.
I had a ovarian cyst removed Dec 31 as we had been following this for a few years and my OB Gyn told me he didn't think it was going to go away, so we got it out before our out pt surgery copays went up.
We are waiting on trying Josh in a sheltered workshop, and the holdup is the economy. So we wait.
Glen is still employed with AT&T, 27 yrs now, praise God! He takes care of His own!
What is Roger going to do with the degree he earns? Do you want to teach?
The picture looked great, you all look happy! Glad you're by family again, you just need to come a little more to the west!!!!!!
We gotta come see you sometime and catch up!
We have our 24th anniversary this year. Hard to believe, it's gone so fast!
Keep our little church in your prayers as we are down to 25 people and looking to maybe merge with another church, and move into a smaller building.
Glen and I bought a small cabin on a 58 acre lake about a hour from here. Bethanys' respite place that she goes to, is halfway between our house and the cabin. So if there is an open weekend we can drop her off,if not, we take her with. The cabin is w/c accessible, and we also bought a pontoon, as we tried a smaller boat but it was too tippy and we have two great nieces who are active and don't like to sit still in a tippy boat.
Glen and I fish and love this area.
We had a pretty summer and fall as far as flowers and colors due to all the rain we had. We also had a nice long weekend in Branson with all of Glens bros and sisters and spouses in Oct. It had been a while since we had all been together in one place. So it was cool to catch up.
Well, that kinda brings you up to speed on us. Keep in touch and I'll keep an eye on your blog updates. Have you had much snow?
Love you all, Sue and Glen
